Please have your parking pass on the dashboard of your vehicle as you approach the entrance. This will make traffic flow go more quickly and smoothly. Shoppers and vendors will be directed to designated areas by parking attendants.
When can vendors arrive?
Vendors MUST arrive before 6:30 am.
There will be volunteers directing traffic, and they will get you to your space as quickly as possible.
Trailers
Some pull-through spaces will be available for cars with trailers. If you will be using a trailer, you will have to pay for two vendor spaces.
Parking pass
There is a vendor agreement and release of liability on the back of the parking pass. It must be signed and will be collected during the morning.
Items allowed for sale
This event is for children’s and maternity items only.
This event is for the community. No commercial vendors will be allowed.
CAR SEATS MAY NOT BE SOLD!
Trash/dumpster
Garbage bags will be passed out during the morning. Please put all trash in the dumpster before you leave.
Unwanted/unsold Items
Trucks from Goodwill, the Salvation Army, and the Repeat Performance Thrift Shop will arrive at 11:00 am. If you have items that you did not sell and do not want to take home, you can donate them there.
Rain date/cancellation
There will not be a rain date. The event will continue in the case of light rain. If there is severe weather, please listen to WARX-106.9 FM or WJEJ-1240 AM for cancellations.
No refunds for vendor spaces will be given.
Special Note -- This event is being held at Volvo, a non-smoking campus.
