The Kids' Stuff Yard Sale keeps growing and growing. Fifteen years ago, we started with seven vendors. Now, we see hundreds or thousands of children, strollers, shoppers and vendors moving around a very crowded area. In the interest of safety and fairness, we ask that you observe the following rules:
There will not be ANY vehicles allowed to drive through the vendor area. Once your vehicle is parked in the morning, it MAY NOT be moved until after 11:00 am when things quiet down. If you need to leave early, lock your vehicle and either arrange to be picked up or have another vehicle parked in the shopper lot. You may pick up your original vehicle in the afternoon.
We cannot allow any drop-offs in the morning when we are parking vendors. Any vehicle entering the vendor area will be parked and the vendor pass verified. Those without a pass will be charged $30.00.
We will establish a pick-up area with a dedicated golf cart. A shopper may come to us and we will assist him/her with picking up any heavy or large items that he/she has purchased.
Vendors must arrive between 5:00 am-6:30 am. After that, there are so many shoppers that it is difficult to get vendors into the proper place.
Multiple vendors who want to be next to each other should arrive together.
Please have your vendor pass in the window of your vehicle.The acknowledgement and liability release must be read and signed. They will be collected later in the morning.
