The 4th Annual Festival of Trees
Presented by

Deck the Halls!
The tradition lives on! Four years ago a quad-state holiday tradition was born—the Festival of Trees. And each year festival goers have delighted in the wonder and splendor of the uniquely decorated trees and wreaths that herald the start of the holiday season in Washington County.
From November 28 through December 3, Robinwood Medical Center came alive with a wide variety of festive special events that instantly immersed each participant in the Christmas spirit that stays with them throughout the holidays. This year there were a few new elements, one of the biggest was the Susquehanna Station, train display in the exhibit room.
Proceeds from Antietam Healthcare Foundation’s fourth annual Festival of Trees benefit the Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE) Program at Washington County Hospital. The SAFE Program is comprised of several nurses at the hospital that are working twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to respond to sexual assault and child abuse cases by collecting evidence to help identify and prosecute offenders. These nurses are very instrumental in helping victims begin to heal.
The Antietam Healthcare Foundation would like to thank all of our generous sponsors, those who donated their time and talents, volunteers, staff, and everyone who came out and participated in the 4th Annual Festival of Trees special events and visited the Trees, Wreaths and Train exhibit. Thank you for making this year’s festival a success! We look forward to seeing you at the 5th Annual Festival of Trees! Until then… take care and have a safe and joyous holiday season.
